Creator of the S.E.N.S.E. Method™
Helen Wong is the founder of Senses Holistic Wellness and creator of the S.E.N.S.E. Method™, an integrative framework that brings together movement, emotional awareness, nourishment, and nervous system regulation.
With a background in yoga, holistic nutrition, art therapy, and wellness coaching, Helen’s work is rooted in understanding how stress shows up not just in the body, but also through emotional patterns and lifestyle habits.
Through years of working with individuals navigating stress, fatigue, and physical tension, she recognized that lasting wellbeing cannot be addressed through one approach alone.
Her work focuses on helping people better understand how movement, emotions, daily habits, and nervous system health are interconnected and how to work with the body rather than against it.
Helen teaches movement classes locally while also sharing her work through wellness programs, workshops, and retreats, guiding individuals toward greater awareness, resilience, and a more supportive relationship with their overall wellbeing.
She also collaborates with wellness and sports therapy professionals, including Evolution Sport Therapy, in supporting the development of the S.E.N.S.E. Method™ Mobility Series, which focuses on improving movement quality, mobility, and body awareness.

Through the S.E.N.S.E. Method™, she brings together principles from movement practices, somatic awareness, holistic nutrition, emotional expression, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
