Rooted in The S.E.N.S.E Method™
These movement classes are guided by The S.E.N.S.E Method™, an integrative approach developed by Helen Wong that combines mindful movement, nervous system awareness, and principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The classes introduce key principles of the method while helping students release tension, improve mobility and sleep, and develop deeper awareness of how their bodies move and respond to stress.
Looking for Deeper Support?
While movement classes introduce the principles of The S.E.N.S.E Method™, the RESET Program offers a more guided pathway for restoring balance, supporting the nervous system, and creating sustainable wellbeing practices.
Release Chronic Tension
Move beyond patterns of tightness, stress, and physical overload that keep the body stuck in survival mode.
Restore Balance
Support the nervous system, daily rhythms, and movement patterns that help the body recover more effectively.
Build Sustainable Change
Develop habits and body awareness that support long-term wellbeing beyond a single class.
For those ready to go deeper, S.E.N.S.E.™ RESET offers a more intentional path for working with the underlying patterns of stress, tension, and imbalance that affect long-term wellbeing.
